- Non-stretch skin-tone cotton fabric for the elf's body
- (head, hands, neck and ears), for the tunic lining, and for Santa Claus's buckle and face
- Red fleece for the elf's body, the tunic, the hat, the arms and the tip of the ice pop
- White fleece for the collar, the hat and cuff trims, and the ice pop
- Green fleece for the shoes
- Black soft craft felt for the belt
- Skin-tone stretch jersey for the elf's nose
- Wire for the arms
- Wooden stick for the ice pop
- Red Heat’n Bond Ultra Hold fusible adhesive for Santa Claus's buckle and face
- Fiberfill stuffing
- Sewing machine
- Hot glue gun
- Two black buttons to glue onto the tunic
- Strong hand-sewing thread (white or beige)
- Black marker, pink blush for the face and eyeshadows for shading
